PhD, Aquinas Institute of PhilosophyDr. Gini is an Associate Professor of Philosophy in the Institute of Industrial Relations at Loyola University of Chicago. He is the co-founder and Associate Editor of Business Ethics Quarterly, and the Journal of the Society for Business Ethics. Besides lecturing to community and professional organizations, he consults on corporate ethics and employee relations and can be heard regularly on National Public Radio's Chicago affiliate, WBEZ-FM. His published works include Philosophical Issues in Human Rights, It Comes With the Territory: An Inquiry Into the Nature of Work, Case Studies in Business Ethics and Heigh-Ho! Heigh-Ho - Funny, Insightful, Encouraging and Sometimes Painful Quotes About Work. His most recent book is entitled My Job My Self: Work and the Creation of the Modern Person. He has also written and produced a play entitled, Working Ourselves to Death.
