Sue Newell, PhD

Dr. Newell is Professor of Management in the School of Management, Royal Holloway, at the University of London. Previously, she served as a professor at Nottingham Business School and Warwick Business School. Dr. Newell was a founding member of the Innovation, Knowledge and Organizational Networking Research Unit at Warwick Business School, and her main focus of research remains within this broad area, approaching the subject from an organizational behavior perspective. In addition, she has maintained a research interest in broader Human Resource areas, in particular, in selection, assessment, and management development.
